Refund Policy

Clear guidelines for course refunds and our commitment to student satisfaction at Zentroxa Luxar

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Students may request a full refund within 7 days of course enrollment, provided less than 15% of course materials have been accessed. For our machine learning in finance program, this typically means completing no more than the introductory modules.

No-questions-asked refund available during the first week of enrollment

After the initial 7-day period, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for students who have completed less than 30% of course content. Medical emergencies, job loss, or other significant life changes will be evaluated with documentation.

Courses that have been completed beyond 50% are generally not eligible for refunds, as substantial educational value has already been delivered. However, we encourage students experiencing difficulties to contact our support team first.

Refund Request Process

Submit a refund request through your student portal or email info@zentroxaluxar.com with your enrollment details and reason for the request.

Our student services team will review your request within 2 business days and may request additional information or documentation.

If approved, you'll receive confirmation via email with details about the refund amount and expected processing timeline.

Refund processing begins immediately after approval, with funds typically returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that course access will be revoked once a refund is processed. All downloaded materials, certificates, and progress will be permanently removed from your account.

Processing Times and Methods

Credit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days for most major credit cards. Some international cards may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing policies.

Bank Transfer Refunds: 5-7 business days for local Bangladesh banks. International wire transfers may take 7-14 business days and may be subject to additional banking fees.

Digital Wallet Refunds: 1-3 business days for supported digital payment platforms. Refunds will be credited to the same wallet used for the original purchase.

Refund processing fees may apply for international transactions or specialized payment methods

In cases where the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements can be made. Students should contact our billing department at +8801751485002 to discuss available options.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Students facing medical emergencies, family crises, or sudden financial hardship may qualify for extended refund consideration beyond standard timelines.

Technical issues preventing course access will not count against your refund eligibility timeline. If you experience persistent technical problems, document them with screenshots and contact our technical support team immediately.

Students in the Bangladesh military or those called for emergency service duties are eligible for course suspension and full refunds regardless of completion percentage. Proper documentation from military authorities is required.

Course deferrals to future sessions may be available as an alternative to refunds. This option allows you to maintain your enrollment investment while accommodating temporary scheduling conflicts.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain supplementary materials and services are non-refundable once accessed or delivered:

• One-on-one mentoring sessions that have been scheduled or completed
• Physical materials shipped to your address, including workbooks or hardware
• Third-party software licenses activated on your behalf
• Certification exam fees paid to external testing organizations

Group coaching sessions and live webinars are considered delivered once they occur, even if you were unable to attend. However, recorded sessions of missed live events may be provided when available.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal within 30 days of the initial determination. Appeals should be submitted in writing with any additional supporting documentation.

Our academic review board will evaluate appeals within 10 business days. This review includes assessment by senior faculty members and student services administrators who were not involved in the original decision.

For unresolved disputes, students may pursue mediation through recognized educational mediation services. Zentroxa Luxar will participate in good faith mediation efforts when requested.
